Payments
We accept credit cards via paypal. If you wish to pay by credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards, the secure forms hosted at PayPal.
You don't need to be a Paypal member
to pay by credit card.

Shipping / Delivery

U.S. Orders - All U.S. orders are shipped via Priority Mail, United Parcel Service. We choose the carrier based upon the most efficient way of delivering your package. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order (U.S. orders only) within 7-10 business days.


International - Presently, we ship to most foreign countries. We ship via the United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail or the most efficient carrier. International orders are usually received within 2-3 weeks.

Returns / Exchanges
We want you happy each and every time you buy from our website "www.printing-t-shirts.com". If you do not like what we sent you, let us know. We will immediately issue you a refund, replacement or merchandise credit for any product that has not been personalized or customized. For our personalized and customized products, we guarantee that they will be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they are not, you may return them to us in their original condition for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. And we will be friendly about it too with no hassles.

Our return policy...
For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your shirt(s) to us within 14 days of when you receive them, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the US Postal Service), and in original condition (please, no worn or washed shirts). Please include a copy of the invoice with a note indicating if you'd prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why you are returning the product, so we can improve our products and service.
Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.

If you are requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. (All returns must have prior return authorization and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge)
Keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors.
If something happens in transit and the package does not get delivered, we can not give you a refund.
